A list of requirements needed to manufacture your custom diaper is as follows:

IF ORDERING BY PHONE -- PLEASE HAVE YOUR MEASUREMENTS READY WHEN YOU CALL.

1. State if the diaper is for a man or woman.

2. Designate if you prefer Low Rise or High Rise ( Low Rise is no higher than a standard pair of underwear.

3. What is your normal pants size ? (Waist and length in inches)

4. What is your Height? ( in feet and inches )

5.Weight? ( in pounds, this is only to help us fit you.)

6. What is your thigh size? ( in inches distance around one leg exactly where underwear would ride on your leg.)

7. Belt to Belt measurement. ( distance from the belt in the front to the belt in the back through the crotch. )

8. Select Nursery Print Desired. ( BLUE or PINK or WHITE )

When you have this information ready, you can also still use the Secured Order Form and add the necessary information to the comment section located at the bottom of the form, or send by regular mail to:
