A list of requirements needed to manufacture your custom diaper is as follows:

NOTE - EACH BLOCK MUST BE COMPLETED OR THE CART WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER
1. State if the diaper is for a man or woman.
2. Designate if you prefer Low Rise or High Rise (Low Rise is no higher than a standard pair of underwear) High Rise is Standard and Reccomended
3. What is your normal pants size ? (Waist and length in inches)     Answer is Required in this Blank Example 44" Waist 30" Length
4. What is your Height?  (in feet and inches)    Answer is Required in this Blank Example 6 Foot 3 Inches
5.Weight? (in pounds, this is only to help us fit you)       Answer is Required in this Blank Example 255 lbs
6. What is your thigh size? (in inches distance around one leg exactly where underwear would  ride on your leg)       Answer is Required in this Blank Example 28" Thigh
7. Belt to Belt measurement. (distance from the top belt in the front to the top belt in the back through the crotch)        Answer is Required in this Blank  Example 31" Belt to Belt
Belt to Belt is NORMALLY NOT LESS THAN 26"  ( 28" TO 39" IS NORMAL )
8. Substitute Birdseye Material for Flannel on the outside.
If BIRDSEYE is selected the diaper absorbency will be greatly reduced.
Birdseye is not a recommended
for this product, but it is offered as a choice.
Some customers prefer Birdseye outer layers, however, because of the reduction in absorbency we strongly do not recommend Birdseye. 
 (Some larger sizes will require the Birdseye option to contain a seam or seams. U4 diapers may not have Birdseye selected.)

 This Garment Takes 1 to 6 weeks to manufacture. The normal lead time is about 3 weeks depending on the manufacturing back log and the quantity ordered.
We do recommend you only buy one (1) garment for first time buyers, this allows for any pattern modifications. 
Please do not buy more than one (1) garment at a time until your pattern has proven to meet your needs.
